Mentors are experienced, trained educators, volunteers or professionals who commit to:
* Biweekly/Monthly sessions (virtual or in-person)
* Personalized goal-setting with mentees
* Acting as accountability partners
* Participating in quarterly group activities
* Support Services
* Academic tutoring (for youth)
* Job readiness workshops
* Mental wellness check-ins
* Life coaching & personal development
* Referrals to support networks (housing, food, therapy)
